POWERMAT is committed for excellence in quality and our design department provides different application data to customers for ASTA, KEMA and CPRI testing. Powermat Has its own compounding of DMC and SMC materials and have fully automatic compression molding machines from 20 tons to 300 tons capacity. The company has Computer Aided Designing with integrated tool room facilities for producing critical dimensions to dies and moulds. By skillful composition of high quality material and tooling technology, the economics of scale have been reached to produce low cost components without sacrificing mechanical strength and electrical performance. Powermat has got its own testing facilities for testing of raw materials, SMC & DMC for physical, mechanical and electrical properties as per ASTM, IEC and UL test methods. The jigs and fixtures are designed for testing different finished components depending on their application in the final product use.
